Start with a return request

Contact meanwell@meanwells.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number, exact power-supply model and reason for returning it. Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back.

Unused items and change-of-mind returns

Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original factory packaging. For returns caused by ordering the wrong model, a project change or a change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and a 50% restocking fee is deducted from the price actually paid for the returned item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If we send the wrong item, or your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us with the order details and photos where available. We will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping cost. No restocking fee applies to these returns. Your statutory remedies remain available.

Uncommon models and factory availability

A rare model or a small-quantity request is not automatically a custom-made order. Some models cannot be supplied from stock or produced in the requested quantity. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will refund that unavailable item in full without a restocking fee. We will not replace it with a different model without your agreement.

Any genuinely customized, non-standard order will have its specifications and return restrictions explained for your agreement before it is placed. Such restrictions do not remove rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds and existing orders

We will inspect an authorized return and confirm the refund calculation by email. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider. Orders placed before this policy update retain the terms presented when they were purchased. This policy is subject to applicable law and does not limit statutory consumer rights.
