MEAN WELL GEM60I12-P1J is a Class II medical AC/DC power adapter providing 12 VDC at 4.5 A, with a 54 W maximum rated output and a center-positive P1J DC plug. It provides 2 × MOPP primary-to-secondary isolation and is suitable for BF applications within an appropriately evaluated medical system. The interchangeable AC plug is ordered separately.

Voltage tolerance includes set-up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation. Line regulation is measured from low to high input voltage at rated load; load regulation is measured from 10% to 100% rated load.

Application examples include blood-glucose and blood-pressure meters, nebulizers, inhalers, portable medical devices and sleep-apnea devices. Select the correct output voltage, current capacity, polarity and regional AC plug for the equipment.
