| Dimming inputs |
Use 0–10 VDC, 10 V PWM at 100 Hz–3 kHz, or resistance between SYNC+ and SYNC− at CN100 or CN101 on this EO version. Dimming source current: 100 μA typical. Connect directly to LEDs, not to additional drivers. Never connect DIM− to −V. |
| Dimming range |
Minimum dimming level about 6%; output is undefined between 0% and 6%. Output can reach 0% with approximately 0 kΩ, 0 VDC, or 0% PWM duty. Resistance full scale is 100 kΩ/N, where N is the number of drivers in synchronized dimming. Do not activate temperature compensation during dimming. |
| Synchronization |
Up to 10 drivers: 1 master + 9 slaves. Dimming operating range 10–100%; minimum also depends on the dimmer setting. Flat synchronization cable <5 m, 22–24 AWG (0.2–0.3 mm²). Set every unit to 100% dimming before connecting. Synchronization is a control connection, not parallel connection of LED power outputs. Use an EO master; slaves may be standard models. |
| External NTC compensation |
Connect a temperature-sensing NTC resistor across +NTC / −NTC at the LED or surrounding sensing point. With no NTC, normal operation follows the DIP-selected current. Reference resistances: 220 kΩ holds 100% below 60°C and reduces current above 60°C; 330 kΩ uses 70°C; 470 kΩ uses 80°C. Follow the respective continuous derating curves. |
| NTC compatibility and control limits |
Reference measurements use THINKING TTC03 series; MEAN WELL does not supply the NTC resistor. Check the temperature curve before substituting another make. Dimming and synchronization are invalid while temperature compensation is in use. |
| EnOcean radio |
Integrated EnOcean module, standard 868 MHz; memory for up to 33 switches. Verify the frequency and applicable local requirements with an accredited certification agency before installation; the catalog regional reference table is not a universal approval. |
| Pairing and unlinking |
Connect the LED load before energizing the driver. Press LRN for about 2 seconds: the LED load alternates between 10% and 90%, indicating pairing/unlinking mode. Quickly press the switch’s I button 4 times; steady 100% output for 4 seconds confirms linking. Repeat the same procedure for an already linked switch to unlink it. Multiple switches may be linked while this mode remains active. |
| Exit and reset |
Pairing mode ends after 30 seconds without a wireless telegram, or by pressing LRN again. Hold LRN for 10 seconds to clear all linked switches and restore factory settings. |
| Wireless configuration and accessories |
NAVIGAN software with an NWC300 USB interface provides additional dimming configuration; these are separate third-party commissioning tools. MEAN WELL batteryless wireless-switch order code: WPD-06SWT, selected separately. |
| Supported EnOcean profiles |
Rocker switch F6-02-02; occupancy F5-07-01, A5-07-02 and A5-07-03; light level A5-06-02 and A5-06-03; central controller A5-38-08; demand response A5-37-01. |
