This version uses the specified mounting style and has the model-specific vibration rating stated below. Typical applications include portable medical devices, mobile clinical workstations, medical computer monitors and medical examination instruments.
DC Output and Peak Operation
| Nominal DC voltage |
15 V. |
| Rated current |
3 A. |
| Rated cooling condition |
Natural convection; no minimum load required. |
| Catalogue-rated output power |
45 W. |
| Peak current and power |
3.3 A and 49.5 W for up to 10 seconds; subject to the duty and average-power limits below. |

120 mVp-p. |
| Voltage tolerance |
±2.0%; includes setup tolerance, line regulation and load regulation. |
| Line / load regulation |
±0.5% / ±0.5%. |
Peak operation is limited to a maximum 33% duty cycle within every 30 seconds. Average output power must not exceed the rated power. The peak rating is not a continuous-output allowance; observe the specified current and power limits together.
Ripple and noise are measured at 20 MHz bandwidth with a 12-inch twisted-pair wire terminated by 0.1 µF and 47 µF capacitors in parallel. Use the catalogue-rated power, current and voltage as separate selection limits.

| AC frequency |
47–63 Hz. |
| Efficiency, typical |
92.5% at the default specified test conditions. |
| AC current, typical |
1.2 A at 115 V AC; 0.6 A at 230 V AC. |
| Cold-start inrush, typical |
30 A at 115 V AC; 60 A at 230 V AC. |
| Setup / rise time |
1000 ms / 30 ms at both 230 V AC and 115 V AC, full load. |

| No-load consumption |
Less than 0.1 W. |
Protection and Medical Isolation
| Short circuit |
Short-circuit protection is listed. |
| Overload |
115–135% of rated output power; hiccup mode, automatic recovery after the fault is removed. |
| Overvoltage |
15.8–20.3 V; output shutdown, re-power to recover. |
| Overtemperature |
Output shutdown, re-power to recover. |
| Touch current |
Less than 100 µA at 264 V AC, measured from primary to DC output. |
| Primary-secondary isolation |
2 × MOPP. |
| Construction |
Class II, without FG. |
| Withstand voltage |
Input to output: 4 kV AC. |
| Isolation resistance |
Input to output: 100 MΩ at 500 V DC, 25°C and 70% RH. |
Suitable for BF applications only with appropriate system consideration. These component ratings do not certify an assembled medical device or permit ignoring the final equipment insulation and leakage-current requirements.
Cooling and Operating Limits
| Operating ambient |
−30 to +80°C; subject to the derating curve. |
| Temperature derating |
Horizontal mounting, this output-voltage version: 100% load from −30 to +60°C, then along the plotted segments to 75% at +70°C and 40% at +80°C. |
| Input-voltage derating |
The 60 Hz AC-input curve gives 80% load at 80 V AC, rising to 100% at 100 V AC and remaining at 100% to 264 V AC. |
| Working humidity |
20–90% RH, non-condensing. |
| Storage |
−40 to +85°C. |
| Temperature coefficient |
±0.03%/°C over 0–60°C. |
| Operating altitude |
Up to 4000 m / overvoltage category II. |
| Altitude derating |
For fanless operation above 2000 m (6500 ft), reduce permissible ambient temperature by 3.5°C per additional 1000 m. |
| Vibration |
5 G, 10–500 Hz, 10 minutes per cycle; 60 minutes along each X, Y and Z axis. |
Apply the temperature, input-voltage and altitude limits together. Maximum ambient temperature does not imply full rated output at that temperature. Peak operation must also stay within the average-power and duty-cycle limits.
Dimensions, Connections and Installation
| Dimensions (L × W × H) |
109 × 52 × 33.5 mm. |
| Case reference |
IRM60. |
| Drawing tolerance |
±1 mm. |
| Screw terminals |
Top view: input AC/N and AC/L at one end; output −Vo, −Vo, +Vo, +Vo at the opposite end. The repeated output terminals share the single output; they do not add current capacity. |
| Mounting holes |
Four Ø3.5 mm holes; the drawing marks 98 × 33 mm between the mounting-hole positions. |
| Terminal drawing dimensions |
Input-terminal pitch 7.5 mm; output-terminal pitches 5 mm. Follow the full mechanical drawing for clearance. |
Use the mechanical drawing for this mounting version and the manufacturer installation instructions. PCB and screw-terminal styles have different dimensions, connection layouts and vibration ratings; they are not interchangeable mounting patterns.
The reviewed pages do not specify a separate accessory ordering code, mating connector, DIN-rail adaptor or included mounting kit for this model. Mounting hardware and connection details must be selected from the actual installation requirements; no unlisted tightening torque or screw depth is inferred.
