| Rated DC output |
3.3 V / 20 A / 66 W. Current range at nominal voltage: 0–20 A. |
| Voltage adjustment |
3.1–3.8 V using SVR1. Observe rated current and power when adjusting voltage. |
| Ripple and noise |
80 mVp-p maximum; 20 MHz bandwidth, a 12-inch twisted pair terminated by parallel 0.1 µF and 47 µF capacitors. |

| Line / load regulation |
±0.5% / ±2.0%, respectively. |
| Typical efficiency |
78%, under the default 230 VAC, rated-load and 25°C test conditions. |
The 100 series designation is not a promise of that wattage at every output voltage. Use this model’s 66 W rating together with its current limit and both derating curves.
Input, Timing and Low-load Consumption
| Input / frequency |
85–264 VAC or 120–370 VDC; 47–63 Hz AC. Full-range input with built-in active PFC. |
| Typical power factor |
>0.95 at 230 VAC and >0.98 at 115 VAC, at full load. |
| Typical AC input current |
1.2 A at 115 VAC; 0.6 A at 230 VAC. |
| Typical inrush current |
35 A at 115 VAC; 65 A at 230 VAC. The block diagram includes active inrush-current limiting. |
| Short-duration input withstand |
300 VAC surge input for 5 seconds, as the feature list states. This does not extend the continuous 264 VAC input limit. |
| Setup / rise at full load |
230 VAC: 2500 / 100 ms; 115 VAC: 2500 / 100 ms. |
| Typical hold-up at full load |
50 ms at 230 VAC; 20 ms at 115 VAC. |
| No-load input power |
<0.5 W, as stated in the MSP-100 feature list. |
Unless otherwise stated, specifications are measured at 230 VAC input, rated load and 25°C ambient.
Protection
| Short circuit / overload |
Short-circuit and overload protection; threshold 105–135% of rated output power. Constant-current limiting for output voltage at 50–100% of nominal, with automatic recovery after the fault is removed. |
| Over-voltage |
3.96–4.62 V; output shutdown, with re-powering required to recover. |
| Over-temperature |
Optional on MSP-100. When this protection is fitted, the specified action is output shutdown with automatic recovery after temperature decreases. Confirm the required configuration when ordering. |
Protection thresholds are fault-response limits, not continuous or peak-output ratings.
Remote Control and Power Connections
| Remote ON/OFF logic |
Across RC+ and RC−: 0–0.8 VDC = ON; 4–10 VDC = OFF. CN100 pin 1 is RC− and pin 2 is RC+. |
| AC / earth terminals |
Terminal 1: AC/L; terminal 2: AC/N; terminal 3: FG protective earth. |
| DC output terminals |
Terminals 4–5: −V; terminals 6–7: +V. Use the numbered mechanical drawing for polarity. |
| CN100 signals |
1 RC−; 2 RC+. These control pins are distinct from the AC and DC power terminals. |
Use the remote-control logic specified for this family; it must not be inferred from another MSP series.
Cooling, Derating and Environment
| Cooling |
Free-air convection; keep ventilation openings unobstructed. The specified curves are for horizontal mounting. |
| Working temperature / thermal load |
−40°C to +60°C, subject to derating. The horizontal curve shows 100% load through +40°C, then falls to 50% at +60°C. |
| Input-voltage load curve |
At 60 Hz, the graph rises from 80% load at 85 VAC to its full-load plateau at 100 VAC, continuing to 264 VAC. Apply this percentage to the model’s own output rating. |
| Altitude derating |
For this fanless model, reduce allowable ambient temperature by 3.5°C per additional 1000 m above 2000 m. This adjustment is not an independently specified maximum operating altitude. |
| Humidity / storage |
Working: 20–90% RH, non-condensing. Storage: −40°C to +85°C, 10–95% RH. |
| Temperature coefficient |
±0.04%/°C over 0–50°C. |
| Vibration |
10–500 Hz, 5G; 10 minutes per cycle, 60 minutes along each X, Y and Z axis. |
Input and ambient derating apply together. The maximum working temperature is not a full-load guarantee.

These MOOP and leakage statements describe the supply under the stated tests; they do not establish MOPP, a patient-applied-part classification, or compliance of a complete medical device.
The manufacturer’s EMC tests mount the unit on a 360 × 360 mm metal plate, 1 mm thick. As this supply is a component of final equipment, reconfirm EMC compliance after integration.
At input below 40 VAC, performance can degrade; the final-equipment manufacturer must verify that this abnormal-input behavior does not affect basic safety or essential performance. This note does not extend the rated 85 VAC operating range.
