Output Loading and Measurement
| Combined rated output power |
68.5 W. |
| Higher output with forced cooling |
93 W total with 23.5 CFM airflow. The specification labels this row “PEAK LOAD (23.5 CFM)”; use it with the forced-air thermal curve. |
| Efficiency, typical |
76%. |
| CH1 voltage adjustment |
4.75–5.5 V. |
Values are measured at 230 VAC, rated load and 25°C unless otherwise stated. Ripple/noise is measured at 20 MHz bandwidth using a 12-inch twisted pair terminated with parallel 0.1 µF and 47 µF capacitors.
The higher rating is cooling-dependent. No 10-second or 33% duty rule is stated for this series; do not substitute another series’ peak-time rule. The family thermal diagram uses 72 W and 100 W reference labels; use this exact model’s combined wattages above.
Input and Timing
| Input voltage and frequency |
90–264 VAC or 127–370 VDC; 47–63 Hz AC. Apply the input derating curve. |
| Input current, typical |
1.5 A at 115 VAC; 1 A at 230 VAC. |
| Cold-start inrush, typical |
25 A at 115 VAC; 50 A at 230 VAC. |
| Set-up / rise time |
500 ms / 30 ms at both 230 VAC and 115 VAC, full load. |
| Hold-up time, typical |
90 ms at 230 VAC; 20 ms at 115 VAC, full load. |
| Leakage current |
Earth leakage <150 µA at 264 VAC; touch current <100 µA at 264 VAC, measured from primary input to DC output. |
Set-up and rise-time figures use a cold first start. Repeated rapid on/off operation can increase the set-up time.
Protection
| Short circuit and overload |
Overload at 140–180% of rated output power. Hiccup protection recovers automatically after the fault is removed. |
| CH1 overvoltage |
5.7–6.8 V; output shuts down and requires re-power on to recover. |
Cooling and Environment
| Temperature operating range |
−20 to 70°C, subject to the cooling and load curves. |
| Horizontal natural-convection curve |
100% load from −20°C through 40°C, decreasing to 50% at 60°C. The natural-convection curve ends at 60°C. |
| 23.5 CFM thermal curve |
The family diagram holds the 133% reference level from −20°C through 50°C, then slopes to 50% at 70°C. Apply the exact model’s higher wattage limit and all channel limits as well. |
| Input-voltage curve at 60 Hz |
80% load at 90 VAC, rising to 100% at 100 VAC and remaining at 100% through 264 VAC. |
| Operating altitude |
Up to 3000 m. Above 2000 m, reduce the permissible ambient temperature by 3.5°C per 1000 m for fanless operation or 5°C per 1000 m for fan-cooled operation. |
| Humidity |
Operating: 20–90% RH, non-condensing. Storage: −40 to +85°C, 10–95% RH, non-condensing. |
| Temperature coefficient |
±0.03%/°C over 0–45°C. |
| Vibration |
10–500 Hz, 2 G, 10 minutes per cycle; 60 minutes along each of the X, Y and Z axes. |
Apply input-voltage, ambient-temperature and combined-output limits together. Do not interpret one curve as permission to exceed another applicable limit.
