Delivery at a glance
In-stock dispatch: 1–3 business days.
Standard international transit: typically 7–13 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping: orders of US$30 or more weighing under 2 kg.
Model availability comes first
We supply MEAN WELL power supplies. Availability depends on the exact model and quantity. Some uncommon models may be out of stock, and a factory may be unable to accept a small production order. Please email meanwell@meanwells.com to confirm availability and lead time before ordering these models.
A catalog listing does not guarantee immediate stock or that a discontinued or uncommon model can be produced. Factory-order lead times are confirmed individually; we do not apply a standard production time to every model. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item in full. We will not substitute a different model without your agreement.
Dispatch and delivery
Most products ship from our supply and fulfillment partners in Asia. After customs clearance, a local carrier handles final delivery, such as USPS for US destinations. We may use another carrier where appropriate. The US correspondence and authorized-return address is not a retail store or a promise of US dispatch.
Transit estimates exclude order processing and any separately agreed factory lead time. Customs clearance and local carrier conditions can affect arrival dates. Next-day and overnight delivery are not offered.
Shipping charges and import costs
Orders of US$30 or more weighing under 2 kg qualify for free shipping. Other shipping charges are shown at checkout where available. For heavy or oversized orders, please contact us before purchase for a shipping quote.
If packing reveals an additional overweight or oversized charge, we will pause dispatch and email the exact amount for your agreement. You may decline and receive a full refund for the unshipped order. If we receive no reply within 7 days, the order will be canceled and fully refunded. These charges are transport fees, not customs duties.
Import duties and import taxes are included in all orders; customers do not pay these separately on delivery. This is an included-cost arrangement, not a claim that the goods are legally tax-exempt.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please provide a complete physical delivery address. We do not accept P.O. Boxes or virtual mail-forwarding addresses. If delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because the carrier cannot contact the recipient, return transit to the carrier warehouse typically takes 7–30 business days. Redelivery requires an additional shipping fee. If you cancel after such a failed delivery, actual original shipping and carrier return fees will be deducted from the refund, subject to applicable law.
