About these terms
These terms apply to purchases and services provided through meanwells.com by MEAN WELL LLC. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Selecting the correct power supply
Check the complete model number, input range, output voltage and current, rated power, dimensions, connectors and application requirements before ordering. Series images may illustrate a product family; the selected model and its published specifications identify the item being purchased. Please ask us to clarify any inconsistency before placing an order.
Availability, quantities and prices
Stock and future prices may change. Uncommon models may be unavailable, and a factory may not accept production for a small quantity. Contact us before ordering such models to confirm stock and lead time. We do not promise that every catalog model is stocked or can be produced.
If an item cannot be supplied, or an order cannot proceed because of a material pricing error, we will contact you and refund the affected item in full. Any substitute model, revised price or additional shipping charge requires your agreement before dispatch.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders normally dispatch within 1–3 business days. Factory-order timing is confirmed individually. Standard international transit typically takes 7–13 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and carrier conditions. Most products are fulfilled from Asia. Shipping charges, included import duties and taxes, and failed-delivery procedures are set out in the Shipping Policy.
Returns, changes and cancellations
Request eligible returns within 7 days of delivery and obtain authorization before shipping. The Refund Policy explains product condition requirements, buyer-paid return shipping and the 50% restocking fee for eligible change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or to an item we cannot supply.
Please contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will confirm what is possible based on dispatch or production status. Any restrictions on a genuinely customized order must be explained and agreed before that order is placed. A rare or low-volume model is not automatically a custom-made product.
Installation and product support
Power supplies must be selected, installed and operated by appropriately qualified persons in accordance with the model's technical documentation and applicable requirements. Do not exceed the specified electrical, thermal or environmental ratings.
Contact us for model-specific warranty information before purchase or for help with a fault after delivery. Brand references do not mean that this store is the manufacturer or that every product has the same warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Policy updates and contact
Updated terms apply to future purchases; existing orders retain the terms presented when purchased. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
