General Family Features
This high-power family includes the enclosed DPU-3200 series and the highly reliable, fanless conduction-cooled PHP-3500 series (including its High Voltage variants).
Input & Output Capabilities
- All models across the DPU-3200, PHP-3500, and PHP-3500-HV series support an AC input voltage range of 90 ~ 264VAC or a DC input of 127 ~ 370VDC.
- The PHP-3500 series specializes in fanless conduction cooling for environments demanding low noise and high reliability.
Safety & Durability
- Comprehensive protections are built-in, including overload, over voltage, and over temperature. The PHP-3500-HV series also explicitly lists short circuit protection.
- All units are engineered for demanding environments with a working temperature range of -30 ~ +70°C.
- Designed to withstand a 10 ~ 500Hz, 2G vibration test for 10 minutes per cycle, for a total of 60 minutes along the X, Y, and Z axes.

Advanced Programmable & Control Functions
Programmable Voltage & Current (PV / PC)
These series offer extensive flexibility for automated systems. The DPU-3200 allows Programmable Voltage (PV) adjustment between 50~125%. The PHP-3500 and PHP-3500-HV models allow PV adjustment between 50~120%. All three series allow Programmable Current (PC) adjustment between 20~100%.
Auxiliary Power & Status Signals
- Auxiliary Power: The DPU-3200 provides dual auxiliary outputs: 5V@0.3A and 12V@0.8A. The PHP-3500 and PHP-3500-HV series provide a 12V@0.5A auxiliary output.
- Remote Control: Remote ON-OFF control is standard across all models. The DPU-3200 explicitly mentions a Remote Sense function.
- Monitoring Signals: A DC OK signal output is provided across the DPU-3200, PHP-3500, and PHP-3500-HV series. The DPU-3200 also provides an isolated TTL signal output for T-Alarm.
