Built-In Protections
- Over Load (Overcurrent): Utilizes a dual-mode protection strategy. It operates in constant current limiting mode when voltage drops (e.g., 50%~100%), and switches to hiccup mode for severe drops (<50%). Recovers automatically.
- Over Voltage: Circuit safeguards prevent the output voltage from spiking and damaging connected sensitive electronics (shut down output voltage, clamped by zener diode).
- Short Circuit: Hiccup mode protection ensures the power supply remains safe during a dead short and recovers automatically once the fault is cleared.
