Designed for mission-critical security applications, the SCP and LAD series provide seamless AC-to-DC power while simultaneously maintaining a backup battery.
- Integrated UPS Function: Acts as a primary power supply and a battery charger. In the event of an AC grid failure, the system instantly switches to battery power.
- Battery Protection Suite: Both series feature built-in protection against battery low voltage (preventing deep discharge damage) and battery reverse polarity (by fuse).
- SCP Series (Compact/Standard): Features temperature compensation capability, highly reliable fanless convection cooling, and is ideal for smaller, localized security panels.
- LAD Series (High Power/Economical): A cost-effective, enclosed, low-profile design (1U) capable of delivering up to 600W. It includes advanced status monitoring signals.
- Comprehensive Safety: Equipped with Short Circuit, Overload, and Over Voltage protections.

Signaling & Ordering Guide (LAD Series)
The LAD series offers robust system monitoring by providing AC OK and Battery Disconnect/Low signals. You can order the unit based on the type of signal your control board requires.

System Design Note: For maximum battery lifespan, ensure the environment is temperature-controlled. The built-in battery low protection circuit will automatically sever the battery connection if the voltage drops to a critical level, preventing the battery from "bricking" during prolonged outages.
