Output and model selection
Model and function
Standard version. AB function: built-in output-current potentiometer plus isolated 3-in-1 dimming.
Rated output
75.6 W; 1400 mA default output current.
Constant-current region
27–56 V. Use the shaded I–V envelope and the rated power; the full current/voltage rectangle is not a valid operating region.
Full-power current range
1300–2100 mA, within the constant-power operating envelope.
Current setting
650–2100 mA is the series current-setting range. This A/AB suffix permits adjustment with its built-in potentiometer.
Open-circuit voltage
60 V maximum.
Current accuracy and ripple
Current tolerance ±5%; current ripple 3.0% at rated current.
Startup
Setup 500 ms at 230 VAC or 1200 ms at 115 VAC, measured at first cold start; rapid repeat switching can lengthen setup.
I–V selection
650 mA/56 V and 1300 mA/56 V at the top; 1300 mA/27 V and 2100 mA/27 V at the bottom; 2100 mA/36 V at the right upper boundary. At lower current, the minimum usable voltage rises. Follow the complete shaded boundary and the rated power simultaneously.
Input and performance
Input supply
100–305 VAC or 142–431 VDC; AC frequency 47–63 Hz. The 60 Hz static curve permits full load across 100–305 VAC; thermal derating still applies.
Power factor
At full load: PF ≥0.97 / 115 VAC, ≥0.95 / 230 VAC, ≥0.92 / 277 VAC. Typical specification values.
Total harmonic distortion
THD <10% at load ≥50% for 115/230 VAC, or load ≥75% for 277 VAC.
Typical efficiency
90%, at the specification reference conditions: 230 VAC input, rated current and 25°C ambient.
Input current
1 A / 115 VAC; 0.45 A / 230 VAC; 0.38 A / 277 VAC. Typical.
Inrush current
Typical cold-start peak 50 A at 230 VAC; width 300 µs at 50% peak, per NEMA 410.
16 A circuit breaker loading
9 units on type B or 14 units on type C at 230 VAC, as listed in the datasheet.
Leakage current
<0.75 mA at 277 VAC.
Low-load consumption
Dimming-off standby consumption <0.5 W for the standard AB version.
Protection
Short-circuit protection
Hiccup mode or constant-current limiting; automatically recovers when the fault is removed.
Overpower protection
110–150%; hiccup mode, automatically recovers after fault removal.
Overtemperature protection
Output shuts down. Re-power on to recover.
Operating conditions
Case temperature
Tcase −40 to +90°C; maximum case temperature +90°C. Measure the specified tc point, not ambient air.
Ambient derating
Horizontal mounting: at 230 VAC, full load through 60°C ambient, reducing to 60% at 70°C; at 100 VAC, full load through 50°C, reducing to 60% at 60°C. At rated current in CC mode, typical maximum full-load Ta is 60°C / 230 VAC or 50°C / 100 VAC. Keep case temperature within its limit.
Cold starting
The region from −40 to −30°C is marked for 230 VAC input only. Below 110 VAC at −30°C, restart may occur within 5 seconds after power-on.
Cooling and altitude
Natural air convection. Above 2000 m altitude, reduce permitted ambient temperature by 3.5°C per additional 1000 m for this fanless model.
Humidity and storage
Working humidity 20–95% RH, non-condensing. Storage −40 to +80°C, 10–95% RH non-condensing.
Temperature coefficient
±0.03%/°C over 0–60°C.
Vibration
10–500 Hz, 5 G, 12 minutes per cycle; 72 minutes along each X, Y and Z axis.
Lifetime and warranty
Catalog typical life expectancy >50,000 hours with the marked tc point about 75°C or below. Five-year manufacturer warranty, subject to its terms. Higher case temperature reduces expected life.
Reliability
3404.7 K hours minimum by Telcordia SR-332; 276.3 K hours minimum by MIL-HDBK-217F at 25°C. MTBF is not a service-life guarantee.
Control and dimming
Control arrangement
Use the built-in Io ADJ potentiometer to set the current within the published range; protect the adjustment seal.
Isolated 3-in-1 dimming
Apply 0–10 VDC, a 10 V PWM signal at 100 Hz–3 kHz, or resistance between DIM+ (purple) and DIM− (pink). Typical dimming-source current 100 µA.
Dimming limits
Minimum defined dimming level approximately 8%; output current is undefined between 0% and 8%. Output may fall to 0% at approximately 0 Ω, 0 VDC, or 10 V PWM with 0% duty cycle.
Dimming wiring
Do not connect DIM− to V−. Direct connection to LEDs is suggested; the dimming arrangement is not suitable for an additional downstream driver.
Synchronized resistance control
Resistance scale 10 kΩ/N through 100 kΩ/N, where N is the synchronized driver quantity. Verify the control-source capacity and insulation for the complete installation.

Installation manual requirements
Installation safety
Disconnect the mains supply and prevent accidental reconnection before installation or maintenance. Have faults examined by a qualified technician; do not open the power-supply case yourself.
Ventilation and mounting
Keep ventilation clear and do not stack objects on the unit. Keep 10–15 cm clearance when the adjacent device is a heat source. Follow this model’s mounting, ambient-temperature and output-derating requirements.
System wiring and protection
Use approved primary and secondary wiring rated for at least the applicable unit current. Provide suitable system-level insulation and an enclosure around single-insulated wiring; verify EMC again in the completed system. Connect a fitted FG lead to protective earth according to the model wiring; the manual exempts only units marked Class II and ungrounded.
Environmental and load limits
Do not immerse the unit or install it near fire or above its specified ambient limit. Keep output current and power within the model’s rated operating envelope. If a fitted external flexible cable is damaged, replacement is limited to the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
Connection seals and support
If waterproof connectors are fitted, secure their connections to prevent water entry. Verify the mounting structure and luminaire strength; use safety cables for bay-light applications.
Adjustable-unit weather protection
This IP67 model has a built-in adjustment function. Install it indoors or in a location sheltered from rain outdoors, as required by the installation manual. IP67 does not permit immersion.
Dimming-controller installation
Verify that the controller can drive the actual interface and number of units. For standalone use with dimming conductors smaller than 18 AWG (0.75 mm²), use SELV controllers/networks; contact MEAN WELL for guidance before using FELV control. Follow this exact model’s dimming method and wiring.
Confirm the exact LED load, operating temperature, control interface and installation requirements against the linked datasheet and manual before commissioning.
