Control and commissioning
Parameter
Specification
Dimming inputs
Use 0–10 VDC, 10 V PWM at 100 Hz–3 kHz, or resistance between DIM+ and DIM−. Dimming source current: 100 μA typical. Connect directly to LEDs, not to additional drivers. Never connect DIM− to −V.
Dimming range
Minimum dimming level about 6%; output is undefined between 0% and 6%. Output can reach 0% with approximately 0 kΩ, 0 VDC, or 0% PWM duty. Resistance full scale is 100 kΩ/N, where N is the number of drivers in synchronized dimming. Do not activate temperature compensation during dimming.
Synchronization
Up to 10 drivers: 1 master + 9 slaves. Dimming operating range 10–100%; minimum also depends on the dimmer setting. Flat synchronization cable <5 m, 22–24 AWG (0.2–0.3 mm²). Set every unit to 100% dimming before connecting. Synchronization is a control connection, not parallel connection of LED power outputs.

Operating limits
Parameter
Specification
Temperature and cooling
Free-air convection. Tcase −30 to +85°C; maximum case temperature +85°C. Horizontal mounting ambient curve: 350–700 mA: full load through 50°C, then derate to 60% at 60°C; 900 mA: full load through 45°C, then to 60% at 55°C; 1050 mA: full load through 40°C, then to 60% at 50°C. Case and ambient temperatures are different limits.
Input and altitude derating
At 60 Hz: 80% load at 180 VAC, rising to 100% at 200 VAC, remaining 100% through 277 VAC. Apply thermal limits concurrently. Above 2000 m, reduce permissible ambient temperature by 3.5°C per additional 1000 m for this fanless driver.
Humidity, storage and coefficient
Operating: 20–90% RH, non-condensing. Storage: −40 to +80°C, 10–95% RH. Temperature coefficient ±0.03%/°C over 0–50°C.

Dimensions, connections and accessories
Parameter
Specification
Dimensions and mounting
105 × 68 × 23 mm; case LCM-25; two Ø4.2 mm top mounting positions, 93 × 62 mm center spacing. L × W × H; drawing tolerance ±1 mm. Follow the full drawing; the two Ø4 mm side mounting details are separate.
Catalog unit packing reference
160 g per unit, converted from the explicit single-unit PACKING value; not a measured net or parcel weight.
Case temperature measuring point
Bottom view: tc 35 mm from the right edge and 20 mm below the top edge. Measure this designated point in the final installation.
Terminal assignments
TB1: pin 1 AC/L, pin 2 AC/N. TB2: pin 1 +V, pin 2 −V, pin 3 DIM−, pin 4 DIM+.
Catalog wiring sizes
TB1: 0.5–2.5 mm² (14–20 AWG). TB2: 0.5–1.5 mm² (16–20 AWG).
Synchronization connector
CN100/CN101: pin 1 −, pin 2 +; JST B2B-PH-KL or equivalent, mating housing JST PHR-2 or equivalent, terminal JST SPH-002T-P0.5S or equivalent. The mechanical connector table specifies 24–26 AWG (0.126–0.205 mm²), whereas the synchronization section specifies 22–24 AWG (0.2–0.3 mm²) for the cable. Match both the connector and cable requirements; confirm the selected assembly.
Installation and clearance
Install indoors by a qualified electrician. Keep at least 50 mm of ventilation clearance around the driver. Follow the dedicated installation manual and the model-specific load and temperature derating limits.
LED load connection
Do not connect a DC/DC converter or constant-current driver between this driver and the LED load. The selected output voltage and total output power must remain within the rated limits.
Ambient installation limit
The dedicated installation manual limits ambient temperature to 60°C. This is separate from the case-temperature rating; also obey the current model-specific load derating curve.
Wire preparation and tools
For the actual TB2 output/control push terminals: stranded 0.5–1.5 mm² (16–20 AWG), or solid diameter 0.8–1.382 mm; strip 7 mm; use a 3 mm slotted screwdriver; suggested push-down force 1.5–2.4 kp. For the actual TB1 primary-side push terminals: stranded 0.5–2.5 mm² (14–20 AWG), or solid diameter 0.8–1.8 mm; strip 10 mm; use a 3 mm slotted screwdriver; suggested push-down force 3–4 kp. Apply only to the terminals shown for this exact model.
Cable clamp
Use a 6 mm Phillips screwdriver for the clamp connector; recommended tightening torque 4 kgf·cm. Do not apply this torque to spring push terminals.
Breaker-document difference
The current catalog lists 26 type-B16 / 44 type-C16 units at 230 VAC. The installation manual’s older ABB S201 calculation gives 32 B16 / 54 C16 (and 20 B10 / 34 C10). These are different reference tables; use the current catalog limit and verify the selected breaker and installation.
