239.4 W; factory current 1400 mA.
Constant-current voltage region
90–171 V, subject to the I–V operating envelope.
Full-power current range
1400–2100 mA. Rated power requires a compatible LED forward voltage within the operating boundary.
Current adjustment
700–2100 mA via the built-in potentiometer; available for this AB version. Set current to suit the LED load and respect all power/protection limits.
I–V boundary points
Catalog boundary vertices, in mA / V: 700 / 171; 1400 / 171; 2100 / 114; 2100 / 90; 1400 / 90. These identify the operating area, not simultaneous maximum output values or an overload rating.
Open-circuit voltage
186 V maximum.
Current ripple
5% under the catalog condition “Load ≥50% rated voltage”.
Current tolerance
±4%.
Input and performance
Input voltage
100–305 VAC / 142–431 VDC. Respect the low-input-voltage derating curve; the DC range is an input rating, not an LED output range.
Input frequency
47–63 Hz.
Input/load derating
At 60 Hz: 80% load at 100 VAC, increasing to 100% at 110 VAC; 100% from 110 to 305 VAC.
Power factor
Active PFC; PF ≥0.97 at 115 VAC, ≥0.95 at 230 VAC and ≥0.92 at 277 VAC, at full load.
Total harmonic distortion
<10% at load ≥50% on 115/230 VAC; <10% at load ≥75% on 277 VAC.
Efficiency
92.5% typical, under the catalog specification conditions.
AC input current
2.7 A at 115 VAC; 1.3 A at 230 VAC; 1.1 A at 277 VAC.
Inrush current
Cold start 85 A at 230 VAC; pulse width 500 µs measured at 50% Ipeak, per NEMA 410.
Circuit-breaker reference

Leakage current
<0.75 mA at 277 VAC.
Setup time
500 ms at 230 VAC; 1200 ms at 115 VAC. The catalog measures the first cold start and states that repeated ON/OFF operation may increase setup time.
Standby consumption
<0.5 W with dimming OFF, for this AB standard version.
Control and operating limits
Control function
Isolated 3-in-1 current-level dimming. Connect 0–10 V DC, a 10 V PWM signal at 100 Hz–3 kHz, or a resistance between DIM+ and DIM−. The interface changes the constant-current level; it does not specify a PWM-waveform output.
Control wiring
DIM+ = purple; DIM− = pink. Do not connect DIM− to output Vo−. Connect the LED load directly to the output; additional drivers are not suitable in this control arrangement.
Dimming source and resistance
Typical dimming source current 100 µA. For N drivers in parallel, the chart uses 10 kΩ/N for 10% and 100 kΩ/N for 100% nominal current; verify controller capacity and the complete circuit.
Low-end dimming
Minimum dimming level is about 8%. The output is not defined for 0% < Iout < 8%. Output can reach 0% when DIM+ to DIM− is about 0 Ω, 0 V DC or 0% 10 V PWM duty.
Preset and dimming
The potentiometer sets the output-current ceiling within the published adjustment envelope; dimming is applied through the separate DIM pair. Keep LED current and power within their allowed limits.
High-frequency PWM condition
At PWM frequency above 2 kHz, the catalog identifies a 10–15% duty range for PWM trigger control. Do not assume the ideal 10% low-end graph applies unchanged in this condition.
Protection and recovery
Short-circuit protection
Hiccup mode or constant-current limiting; automatic recovery after the fault is removed.
Overvoltage protection
190–240 V; output shutdown, re-power to recover.
Overtemperature protection
Output shutdown; re-power to recover.
Adjustment and switching cautions
The catalog states that adjustment above 110% of rated current enters protection. Apply this condition together with the stated I–V envelope and adjustment table; do not treat the wide adjustment range as an unconditional overload allowance. AC ON/OFF operation at low LED Vf and low load can produce output-current overshoot.
Rapid AC switching
Rapid AC switching can trigger the PWM control IC protection mechanism; follow the catalog operating conditions.
Cooling, environment and reliability
Case-temperature rating
Working Tcase -40 to +90°C; separately listed maximum case temperature +90°C. A case-temperature rating is not an unrestricted ambient-temperature rating.
Ambient/load derating
Recommended horizontal mounting: 230 VAC: 100% through +50°C, then 60% at +60°C. 110 VAC: 100% through +40°C, then 60% at +50°C. Meet the ambient-load curve and case-temperature limits together.
Case/load curve
For horizontal mounting, the case-load graph remains at 100% through +90°C and ends there. Observe the working-case rating above as well.
Low-temperature startup
The −40 to −30°C portion of the ambient curve applies at 230 VAC only. The soft-start reference is full load at −30°C and 110 VAC.
Cooling and altitude
Fanless free-air convection. Nonstandard mounting requires appropriate derating. Above 2000 m, reduce the allowed ambient temperature by 3.5°C per additional 1000 m.
Working humidity
20–95% RH, non-condensing.
Storage conditions
-40 to +80°C; 10–95% RH, non-condensing.
Temperature coefficient
±0.03%/°C over 0–60°C.
Vibration
10–500 Hz, 5 G; 12 minutes per cycle, 72 minutes along each X, Y and Z axis.
Performance-plot conditions
PF, THD and efficiency plots use Tcase 75°C. The L-type examples do not replace the tabulated efficiency for this output version.
Lifetime reference
Typical operating life >50,000 hours with the marked tc/TMP point about 75°C or less. This is an operating-life reference, separate from warranty.
MTBF
2496.2 K hours, Telcordia SR-332; 219.8 K hours, MIL-HDBK-217F at 25°C; catalog minimum estimates.

Installation and selection
Installation safety
Disconnect the mains supply and prevent accidental reconnection before installation or maintenance. Have faults examined by a qualified technician; do not open the power-supply case yourself.
Ventilation and mounting
Keep ventilation clear and do not stack objects on the unit. Keep 10–15 cm clearance when the adjacent device is a heat source. Follow this model’s mounting, ambient-temperature and output-derating requirements.
System wiring and protection
Use approved primary and secondary wiring rated for at least the applicable unit current. Provide suitable system-level insulation and an enclosure around single-insulated wiring; verify EMC again in the completed system. Connect a fitted FG lead to protective earth according to the model wiring; the manual exempts only units marked Class II and ungrounded.
Environmental and load limits
Do not immerse the unit or install it near fire or above its specified ambient limit. Keep output current and power within the model’s rated operating envelope. If a fitted external flexible cable is damaged, replacement is limited to the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
Connection seals and support
If waterproof connectors are fitted, secure their connections to prevent water entry. Verify the mounting structure and luminaire strength; use safety cables for bay-light applications.
Adjustable-unit weather protection
This IP67 model has a built-in adjustment function. Install it indoors or in a location sheltered from rain outdoors, as required by the installation manual. IP67 does not permit immersion.
Dimming-controller installation
Verify that the controller can drive the actual interface and number of units. For standalone use with dimming conductors smaller than 18 AWG (0.75 mm²), use SELV controllers/networks; contact MEAN WELL for guidance before using FELV control. Follow this exact model’s dimming method and wiring.
ErP switching requirement
Use this LED driver behind a switch; it must not remain permanently connected to the mains for the catalog ErP lighting-fixture application.
